2. My war with acne (Chapter 2)

My acne started when I was about 17. When I was 18 I looked terrible. Big dark red pimples covered all my face. Nobody could help me for almost 11 years!!! I had tried almost everything.... with no results. I just wanted to disappear in my room. I wanted to leave the school. It was a tough time for me. Everybody who experienced serious acne knows what I mean. Tens of dermatologists, hundreds of pills, tons of ointments, litres of cosmetics. I was helpless and lonely... When huge money spent didn't help I stopped visiting dermatologists and using any medications or cosmetics. To my suprise my pimples from that time started to disappear faster, than they used to. My skin got also a bit better because from that time, it wasn't so dried up. However new big breakouts still continued. I decided to wash my face only with cool tap water (no soap or cosmetics), cleaning hands with soap after every face touch. It helped me to reduce dryness of skin significantly. Face wasn't so red anymore, but acne didn't disappear. Many science publications claims that diet doesn't affect acne. Because so far I had tried everything, I decided to try diet as a last chance. Surfing the web I found many articles connecting consumption of bread and gluten products with acne. I was rather sceptical but I had nothing to loose. I made my last trial - DIET!

  2. These chemicals put a burden on the liver whose job it is to remove hormones from the body. When the body can't get rid of hormones properly they go around the body telling your oil glands to produce and secrete more oil than necessary.

Hoje sim estou feliz!

  6. Thank you for that post! My acne wasn't horrible in high school but as soon as I started going to college it just got worse! It's literally the biggest self confidence buster I've ever had. I've tried all the store bought creams and gels but I've been looking into going into a Dermatologist to see what he would recommend. Does anyone know of a good dermatologist in the Phoenix, AZ area?

  7. Anti-Acne Peel: The peel employs Beta Hydroxy Acids which de-clog the folliclesdue to their lipophilic action. After a few sittings the skin becomes visibly clearer and further recurrence of acne is markedly reduced.

  8. I believe diet is a really important factor in achieving clear skin. For myself personally ever since I cut out fast-food (McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks) out of my diet I started seeing significant changes in my acne! Cutting out / lowering dairy intake had also SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my acne .Thank you for such a helpful post !

  12. Your blog is really nice but it remember me my old days. I had a severe acne problem too in my teen age. This was too much bad and horrible. I tried a lot of Acne Treatment but honey treatment was best. It made my skin clear. You should try honey.

  13. For the healthy skin, egg not only makes the pores to get hard, infect it also collects the better food for the skin. The egg white is over flowing with protein content and it is a natural cleanser to make skin healthy. After getting tired of whole day work for the reduction of tiredness, beat the egg and apply on the face and neck then lay on a bed for about 20 minutes. This is the best Acne Treatment.

  14. If you want to eliminate quick pimple remedies, use orange remove as much as you could. Orange peel is considered to be one the most effective programs for zits. You only would certainly require striking the orange peel with water on a belittled piece of stone and putting it on on your pimple areas connected with skin. You will see approximately stunning results.

  15. Before deciding on where to buy proactiv plus, you need an understanding of the product. It’s among the foremost acne treatment products. It heals in more ways than other acne-curing products. It was created in 1995 by two Stanford-graduate dermatologists, Kathy Fields, and Katie Rodan, both MDs. Both had to fight acne themselves and so their main mission is to aid other sufferers in arresting their acne challenges.
